pp風管安裝步驟：

PP duct installation steps:

1、安裝pp風管時，應考慮環境溫度對安裝質量的影響，一般氣溫高于40℃或低于0℃時，不宜施工安裝。

1. When installing PP air duct, the impact of ambient temperature on installation quality shall be considered. Generally, when the temperature is higher than 40 ℃ or lower than 0 ℃, it is not suitable for construction and installation.

2、由于pp風管線膨脹系數較***，故在安裝時要考慮熱補償，一般以自然補償為主，如采用方形伸縮器。

2. Due to the large expansion coefficient of PP air pipeline, thermal compensation shall be considered during installation, which is generally based on natural compensation, such as square expansion device.

3、在架空敷設時，應對管道采用管托支承，管托可用角鋼、對剖的鋼管等材料，使增強聚丙烯在管托上可以自由伸縮。

3. When laying overhead, the pipe shall be supported by pipe support, which can be made of angle steel, split steel pipe and other materials, so that the reinforced polypropylene can freely expand and contract on the pipe support.

4、pp風管需要暗設時。建議采用管溝敷設，管子一般采用焊接連接型式，若因***殊原因需要埋地時，應采用套管形式直埋，以避免回填土內混有硬雜物，報壞管子。

If it needs to be buried due to special reasons, it shall be directly buried in the form of casing to avoid hard sundries mixed in the backfill and damage of the pipe.

5、pp風管采用法蘭連接時，應嚴格對中，軸向***允許偏差不***于2mm，不得采用強制擰緊螺栓的方法來調整，擰緊螺栓分兩次進行，***次按對角線均勻對稱地擰一遍，然再擰緊螺栓。

5. When PP air duct is connected by flange, it shall be strictly aligned, and the maximum allowable axial deviation shall not be greater than 2mm. It is not allowed to use the method of forced tightening of bolts for adjustment. The tightening of bolts shall be carried out in two times, the first time shall be uniformly and symmetrically screwed once according to the diagonal, and then the bolts shall be tightened.
